Havenwood Village is not just a place to live. It is not just another development of endless streets, seas of houses on hundreds of acres. Havenwood Village is personal for us. It is a portion of our home place. There will be only about 20 home sites 5 of which are now available. The remaining 15 to come soon. As you can see the numbers are limited. This is by design so everyone can feel at home, get to know their neighbors, share advice and stories, watch the children grow up and provide security for the elderly.
