I came to Houston Gold Exchange to get a spring bar for a vintage Rolex. I was met at the door by Brad and he could not have been more friendly. He got Donald from the back and next thing you knew my watch was fixed. I spent the next 30 mins talking about watches with Donald. He is very knowledgeable, in fact he told me several facts about my watch I did not know. I will be back if any of my vintage watches need service.

We have been clients of Houston Gold Exchange for over twenty years, (Westheimer location) purchasing an engagement ring, wedding bands, watches, and anniversary / special occasion jewelry gifts. Our most recent purchase was a custom-designed (in-house) ring, which we love. We choose to do business with HGE because it is a family-owned business, and not a dime-a-dozen chain-store at the mall.
