Shipping is only available within the United States. Houston Gold Exchange offers secured shipping through UPS. UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day will be utilized on all orders. We do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

Houston Gold Exchange offers a 7-day return policy on eligible items in-store and online (7-days begins on the date the item arrives at your destination). Custom Jewelry, Jewelry, or items that have been modified to customer-specific needs, and full eternity rings are not returnable. There are no returns accepted on Rolex watches.

*Should a problem be the result of an error on the part of Houston Gold Exchange, the item will be returnable.

Houston Gold Exchange must be contacted at 281.531-0700 for all returns.
All returned items will be thoroughly inspected under camera. Items must be returned in their original condition together with all related documentation and packaging. Upon verification, your return will be processed and a store credit will be issued for future use.

I came to Houston Gold Exchange to get a spring bar for a vintage Rolex. I was met at the door by Brad and he could not have been more friendly. He got Donald from the back and next thing you knew my watch was fixed. I spent the next 30 mins talking about watches with Donald. He is very knowledgeable, in fact he told me several facts about my watch I did not know. I will be back if any of my vintage watches need service.

We have been clients of Houston Gold Exchange for over twenty years, (Westheimer location) purchasing an engagement ring, wedding bands, watches, and anniversary / special occasion jewelry gifts. Our most recent purchase was a custom-designed (in-house) ring, which we love. We choose to do business with HGE because it is a family-owned business, and not a dime-a-dozen chain-store at the mall. We liked how the HGE staff interacted with us for our fairly modest purchase, treating us just as if we were high-rollers. All in all, just a really nice shopping experience.
